Transparency report
We perform statutory audits of public-interest companies, as an auditing company (Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft), as defined in § 316a sentence 2 Commercial Code. Thereby we are obliged to publish an annual transparency report according to article 13 as per regulation (EU) Nr. 537/2014.
